4 Levels of Strategy

Business Level Strategy
Focuses on how a business unit within the organization will compete within its industry or market segment. It involves decisions related to positioning, differentiation, and competitive advantage.

Corporate Level Strategy
Concerned with the overall purpose and scope of the organization, including its mission, vision, and goals. It involves decisions regarding how to allocate resources across different business units and set up the overarching strategy.

Operational Level Strategy
Concerned with the day-to-day activities and processes that are necessary to implement the higher-level strategies effectively. It involves decisions regarding resource allocation, workflow optimization, and performance management.

Functional Level Strategy
Focuses on how each functional area of the organization (such as marketing, operations, finance, HR) will contribute to the overall strategic goals, maximizing the effectiveness of all relevant areas.
