Prioritize tasks by category:
(A) Must do
(B) Should do

(D) Delegate
(E) Eliminate
Best for: People with long to-do lists.

Rapid Planning Method (RPM)
Focus on desired results, purpose, and massive action plans.
Best for: Goal-oriented individuals.

Timeboxing
Assign specific time limits for tasks and stick to a schedule.
Best for: Professionals with tight schedules.

2-Minute Rule
If a task takes less than 2 minutes, do it immediately.
Best for: Procrastinators and those with many small tasks.

10 Proven Ways to Master Your To-Do List (with Formulas & Examples)

[section=1] Pomodoro Technique (Time Management) [/section]
P = (T × N) + ((N - 1) × B)
P: Total working time
T: 25-minute focus session
N: Number of work cycles
B: 5-minute break

Example: If you complete 4 Pomodoro cycles:
P = (25 × 4) + ((4 - 1) × 5) = 100 + 15 = 115 minutes
You work for 115 minutes in total.

[section=2] Bullet Journaling (Task Tracking) [/section]
B = G + (T × P)
B: Total bullet journal entries
G: Daily tasks
T: Tracked goals
P: Priority tasks

Example:
- G = 5 daily tasks
- T = 3 long-term goals
- P = 2 priorities
B = 5 + (3 × 2) = 11
Your bullet journal contains 11 entries.

[section=3] Seinfeld Strategy (Habit Tracking) [/section]
S = d × C
S: Chain length (how long you maintained consistency)
d: Number of daily completed tasks
C: Consecutive days

Example:
- You complete 2 tasks per day (d = 2
- You continue for 10 days (C = 10
S = 2 × 10 = 20
20 tasks completed in total.

[section=4] ABCDE Method (Task Prioritization) [/section]
T = (A × 5) + (B × 3) + (C × 1) + (D × 0) + (E × (-1))
T: Total priority score
A: Must-do tasks (5 points)
B: Important but less urgent (3 points)
C: Nice to do (1 point)
D: Delegatable tasks (0 points)
E: Unnecessary tasks (-1 point)

Example:
- A = 2 critical tasks
- B = 3 important tasks
- C = 1 minor task
- E = 1 unnecessary task
T = (2 × 5) + (3 × 3) + (1 × 1) + (1 × (-1)) = 10 + 9 + 1 - 1 = 19
Your priority score is 19.

[section=5] Rapid Planning Method (Goal-Oriented Planning) [/section]
RPM = R + P + M
R: Desired Result
P: Purpose behind it
M: Massive Action Plan

Example:
R: Increase revenue
P: Attract more customers
M: Improve the website + Advertise
RPM = "Increase revenue" + "Attract customers" + "Website + Ads"
You now have a clear action plan.

[section=6] Timeboxing (Blocking Time for Tasks) [/section]
W = Σ(Ti)
W: Total working time
Ti: Allocated time slots

Example:
W = (9-10: Focus) + (10-11: Emails) + (11-12: Meetings) + (13-14: Break)
W = 4 hours
Your daily work schedule is structured.

[section=7] 2-Minute Rule (Quick Task Execution) [/section]
N = Σ(Ti < 2)
N: Number of instantly completed tasks
Ti: Tasks taking less than 2 minutes

Example:
- You identify 5 small tasks (each < 2 min)
N = 5
You complete all 5 immediately.

[section=8] Ivy Lee Method (Daily Prioritization) [/section]
T = Σ(Ti)
T: Total completed tasks
Ti: Tasks completed in order

Example:
1. Write the report
2. Check emails
3. Attend meeting
You finish tasks one by one in sequence.

[section=9] Eat the Frog (Tackle Hardest Task First) [/section]
F = max(D)
F: Hardest task
D: Difficulty levels of tasks

Example:
D1 = 3 (Write report)
D2 = 5 (Setup a new system)
D3 = 2 (Reply to emails)
Since D2 = 5 is the hardest, you start with the system setup first.

[section=10] Time Tracking (Productivity Measurement) [/section]
E = W / T
E: Efficiency rate
W: Work time
T: Total available time

Example:
W = 5 hours
T = 8 hours
E = 5 / 8 = 0.625 (62.5% efficiency)
Your productivity level is 62.5%.
