Nexans Announces a New Organization to Support a New Stage of Its Development

Paris, January 20th, 2025 – Nexans has announced a new organizational structure, effective from January 17th, 2025, under the leadership of Christopher Guérin, Chief Executive Officer. This change is designed to accelerate profitable growth and aligns with the Group's ambitions outlined during the recent Capital Markets Day.

The new organization positions the Group for the next strategic cycle, focusing on innovation in the PWR-Grid and PWR-Connect markets. The region-based structure aims to enhance customer experience and address evolving client needs.

1. New Executive Committee Structure 
The new Executive Committee includes 15 members to better reflect Nexans' business and strategic priorities:
