CERCO Cable Awarded '2 Hour Fire Rated Cable Approval'

CERCO Cable has received an approval from the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) for the approval for VITALink UL 2196 for 2-hour fire resistive cable. It has achieved a riser rating (FLPR) and approved for use in FHIT system 40.

We designed it to support life and safety and VITALink cable will survive for 2 hours in a burning infrastructure while allowing for the safe evacuation of building occupants.

CERCO's VITALink cables are suitable for use in emergency voice evacuation systems, critical smoke and fire alarm systems, emergency Lighting and signage and fireman's telephone and area of refuge communications systems.
