David Ibanez Appointed COO of Coast Wire & Plastic Tech

Coast Wire & Plastic Tech LLC announced today that it has appointed David Ibanez to the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Ibanez comes from San Diego-based Veridiam Incorporated. As Vice President of Operations for the El-Cajon business unit, he managed more than 175 employees and was responsible for sales, production, product engineering, quality and production control for this leading build-to-print contract manufacturer serving medical, nuclear, aerospace, dental and industrial markets.

The Carson-based manufacturer of custom electronic wire and cable products for a variety of industries has also expanded its sales force recently, adding new territory managers in the Southeast, New England and the Mid-Atlantic regions in response to growing demand and the need to be in close proximity to customers in these regional markets. In addition to Ibanez' core responsibilities as COO, he will also focus on supervision of the sales force to expand Coast's market presence and coverage, and to drive top line growth.
