Everest Cables & Connectors Pvt. Ltd. believes in setting global standards in the cable manufacturing, wire / cable harness assemblies, moulded cords etc. and set upon to lead in excellence in manufacturing and offer worldclass quality & services. We conduct our business is where our real strength lies i.e. absorbing new technologies, empowering our people, applying innovative production methods and a tradition of values all going into the making of a true leader soon.

We have sophisticated modern manufacturing unit located at Rai Block, District Sonipat, Haryana state bordering National Capital Region of Delhi, spread over an area of 87000 Sq.Ft. with state-of-the-art infrastructural facilities consisting of modern cable manufacturing plant with deep integrated plants viz., Copper wire drawing with inline annealing , tinning, PVC Compounding, etc. along with a well equipped BIS Recognized testing laboratory.

All the above facilities are managed by well qualified, experienced staff who are regularly imparted modern training methods, sourcing of best raw material inputs, etc. and producing quality of products above par which can be compared to any best brand available in India / abroad.

The Organisation has also diversified by including manufacturing /assembling of wire / cable harness assemblies, moulded power cords, connectors, terminals, copper lugs, etc. by installing most modern machinery with a well equipped modern tool room in the same premises.

All the above facilities are managed by well qualified, experienced staff who are regularly imparted modern training methods, sourcing of best raw material inputs, etc. and producing quality of products above par which can be compared to any best brand available in India / abroad.

Our work, spread over an area of 87000 Sq. ft. and covering app.40000 Sq. ft. , has an excellent infrastructure consisting of latest state-of-the-art cable manufacturing plant consisting of 8 extruders from 35mm to 120mm with backward integrated plants viz. automatic copper wire drawing plant from 8mm to 0.1 mm along with inline annealing plant, tinning plant, PVC compounding plant, etc. and a well-established IS & UL/CE approved test laboratory along with well-equipped tool room. Besides, in the same premises, we have separate assemblies and manufacturing unit of wire harness assemblies; moulded power cords etc. equipped with all necessary automatic PLC controlled / semi â€" automatic imported cutting & stripping machines from "Komax Kappa" along with a complete tool room for moulds i.e. we have all in-house facilities. The above facilities are managed by dedicated, qualified and experienced workforce to offer our respective clients qualitative product which can be compared to the best products available in the country or abroad.

We already have necessary BIS Certification Marks as well as UL/C-UL styles & CE Approvals in the country.

We are also accredited with ISO-9001:2008.and our works is fully compliant to ISO-14001. Also, we have REACH COMPLIANCE and ROHS Approval as well.
