Board of Directors

Mr. Mukesh Kumar Gupta (Chairman & Managing Director)

Mr. Gupta is the founder and one of the promoters of Shilpi Group. A seasoned industrialist with 34 years of experience in cable manufacturing. He has a futuristic vision and has been guiding light for Shilpi Group ever since its inception. Mr. Gupta is a 1974 batch Science Graduate from Desh Bandhu Gupta College of Delhi University, who started his career with the manufacturing and trading of cables and wires in the year 1978.
Mr. Manish Goel (Whole-Time Director)

Mr. Goel at 31 years of age is one of the youngest and most the most dynamic director and a co-founder of Shilpi Cable Technologies Limited. He is also one of the promoters of Shilpi Group . Mr. Goel joined Shilpi Group in 2005 and since has earned robust hands on experience in business management. He holds Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Rai University (Institute of Learning and Management) and represents the future of Shilpi Group of Companies. With his exemplary, innovative and global experience he has contributed a vital share in the efficient and effective functioning of the Company and its group Companies.
Mr. Ghanshyam Pandey (Non-Executive Director)

Mr. Pandey came on board of Shilpi Cable Technologies in 2006. He is an experienced professional from Indian Cable Manufacturing Industry and carries more than 29 years of experience. He holds a Diploma in Management from the School of Management (University of Delhi) and started his career with Voltas Ltd as a Manager in 1976. Thereafter he started working with Shilpi Group and has since then contributed immensely to the dynamic growth and development of the organization with his visionary inputs.
Mr. Sunil Kala (Non-Executive Independent Director)

With 33 years of experience, Mr. Kala came on Director's Board of Shilpi Cables Technologies in the year 2008. He is an engineer by training and also holds Masters Degree in Business Management. He has made immense contribution to Shilpi Group with his valuable advice and suggestions on the matters relating to Business Growth of the Company.
Mr. Sandeep Gupta (Non-Executive Independent Director)

Mr. S Gupta came on directors' board at Shilpi Cables in the year 2008. He is a commerce graduate and holds 11 years of experience in the Indian Cables Industry.
Ms. Narender Kumar Singh (Nominee Director (IDBI Bank Ltd.)

Mr. Narendra Kumar Singh, Nominee Director (IDBI Bank Ltd.) of the Company, co-opted on the Board of Directors of the Company as a nominee of our Banker IDBI Bank Ltd in place of Ms. Neeta Sood w.e.f. 5th July 2013. He holds Master's in Business Administration (Finance and Marketing), PGDBF and Certified Associates of Indian Institution of Banking & Finance. He has 15 years of professional experience encompassing various areas of banking. He is also one of the Independent Directors of the Company.

Shilpi Manufacturing Plants are located in Choupanki, and Bhiwadi, 1.5 hr drive from NCR, Shilpi Plant is spread over 10.5 acres with ample space available for expansion. We are an ISO 9001: 2008; ISO TS 16949; ISO 14001: 2004; OHSAS 18001:2007 certified company with a capacity to produce over 850,000 km of wires and 9,000 km of RF Feeder Cable in a year equipped with latest quality testing equipment, with Grid availability more than 95% with power back up systems in place, Effluent treatment plant & Rain water harvesting systems in place.




Radio Frequency Cables

The superlative quality Radio Frequency Corrugated Feeder Cables of Shilpi Cable Technologies Ltd. are outcome of the state-of-the-art production facility of the company located in India at Chopanki in Rajasthan. With a view to empower its clients with world class Radio Frequency Cables, Shilpi Cable has acquired the international class manufacturing technology by RosenDahl.

Shilpi Cable uses advanced 'Physical Foaming' along with 'Triple Layer Extrusion' for achieving higher foaming percentage. Increased foaming percentage in Radio Frequency Corrugated Feeder Cables reduces the chances of communication loss while the cable is in use. The austere Quality Control process followed by the company ensures that each inch of finished cable going out of the production facilities is thoroughly checked by the latest testing equipment's guarantying the best product quality to the clients.

The large production plant of Shilpi Cables is spread in a considerable area of 10 acres with a work area of 3.5 acres and has a massive monthly production capacity of 1200 Kms. This capacity is scheduled for a two-fold increase in future.

With a vision of best quality with best supplier for Auto wires and harnesses.Shilpi Cable has acquired the international class automated manufacturing technology by Neihoff, Maillfer. Manufacturing as per standards referred by customer or recognized internationally i.e. JIS 3406, ISO 6722 or ISO 14572.
