Multiphase/ESP Pump Umbilicals

Powering submerged pumps to overcome ultra-deepwater pressures, low reservoir pressure, long offsets or high produced fluid viscosities calls for Oceaneering Multiphase/ESP Pump umbilicals. Each design utilizes Oceaneering's three decades of umbilical experience to properly balance thermal and control signal dynamics. Oceaneering leads the industry in pump umbilicals.

Electrical Power & Fiber Optic Cables

Fulfill offshore platform-to-platform requirements for low- and medium-voltage electric power cables and fiber optics by choosing from a variety of Oceaneering electrical power and fiber optic cable umbilical configurations.

Integrated Service Umbilicals

Solve a variety of more dynamic application challenges with Oceaneering's Integrated Service Umbilicals (ISU), customizable from a selection of flexible flowline, electrical cables, steel tubes, and thermoplastic hoses.

Steel Tube Umbilicals

Challenging deepwater and high-pressure tieback applications conveying hydraulic control fluid, injected chemicals or service lines require Oceaneering steel tube umbilicals. Oceaneering has extensive experience with super duplex as well as other steel materials. Steel tube umbilicals, like thermoplastic, can be designed to include electrical components as well as hydraulic.

Thermoplastic Umbilicals

For 30 years, Oceaneering has led the industry in thermoplastic hose umbilicals, providing proven cost effectiveness for electro-hydraulic applications. Hose bores range from .25-inch to 2.5-inch ID and hose pressures range from 3,000 to 15,000 psi. High Collapse Resistant (HCR) thermoplastic, which allows for the injection of lightweight chemicals in deepwater applications, is also available.
