My Company CBI Electric is currently experiencing problems at 8 end multi wire drawing machine, where 1 of 8 wires has the tendency to  slack, be longer than others and this is happening at bunching process where overriding wires are visible thus causing insulation breaks at the insulation process.

this only happens when we bunch 30/0.3 wires upwards.

I have done the following work so far to try and resolve the problem:

Inspect the die condions, the are looking good
Measured wire sizes , the measure the same size

what more could cause either wire to lack tension or be longer.

You have to give more detail but generally is depend on anneal voltage
