It owns a registered capital of 157.33 Million Yuan and a total asset of 300 Million Yuan. Covering a total area of 150,000 square meters and a construction area of some 100,000 square meters, the 500 employee company enjoys an annual production of 3 Billion Yuan. Over the years, the company has been persistent in the quest for scientific innovation and the enhancement of managerial expertise, and that has contributed to its comprehensive strength that has cemented the company's position at the forefront of China's wire and cable industry.

       In addition to the sophisticated production equipment, the company enjoys the country's most advanced research and test facility along with the well-developed product testing capability. The product line of Wuxi Mingzhu Cable Co., Ltd. includes various kinds of plastic and rubber insulated medium- and low-voltage cables. The main products involve 35kV and below plastic insulated power cables, bare wires, insulated overhead cables, control cables, full range of PVC insulated wires, computer cables, intrinsically safe cables, prefabricated branch cables, 30kV and below high-voltage rubber soft cables for heavy mobile equipment, full range of mining cables, all kinds of fire-retardant and fire-resistant cables, and various types of special cables such as halogen-free cables. The company has taken part in a host of key projects and establishments of large enterprises, for instance, the construction and renovation of urban and rural power grid, Three Gorges Project, the buildings of Wuhan Department Store Group Co., Ltd. and Shenhua Group the state-owned mining and energy company as well as the world's largest coal producing company. The company's products are widely used in fields of power supply, petrochemical industry, mining, railway construction and architecture, and have long been exporting to a variety of countries and regions such as Japan, Pakistan, Vietnam, Congo, and Saudi Arab.

       The company has been honored with the ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 Management System Certifications and conferred the National Industrial Products Manufacture License, and its products have passed the CCC, PCCC, and MA attestations. 1997 January: the establishment of the company, named Pearl Yixing City special cable factory, a registered capital of 1050000 yuan, to build the Yu Yixing city official Town Village Forest field.

1998 March: the company changed its name to Wuxi Pearl City special cable factory.

2004 July: the company changed its name to Wuxi Pearl Limited special cable.

2004 October: the company expanded to Yixing city official Lin Town Industrial Zone A No. 18.

2005 May: the first linked production line.

2006 January: the company changed its name to Wuxi City Pearl cable company limited.

2007 June: office building started laying.

2007 October: rubber cable production line.

2009 December: office building inauguration ceremony, Jiang Hongliang of secretary of municipal Party committee and other leaders present ribbon.

2010 March: the company registered capital increased to 157330000 yuan

2011 May: second linked production line.
