Jiangsu Zhongtian Technology Co., Ltd (Abbr. ZTT hereafter) was registered in 1992, and its registration capital was 320.803 million RMB. As "The first special optical fiber cable company listed in China", it was offered on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on 24th Oct, 2002 (Stock Code: 600522). The administrative structure is distributed among ZTT's Shanghai Headquarters, Nantong Research Center and the Rudong Garden Factory Site.



ZTT entered the field of optical fiber communication in the early 1990s. Its business scope is optical fiber, optical fiber cable, conductors, wires and related accessories. Up to now, ZTT has 26 subsidiary companies and its products have been applied in 79 countries including India, Thailand, Poland, South Africa, America, etc. Since its establishment, ZTT has been building up a complete industrial chain of Optical Fiber Cable, Special Optical Fiber Cable, OPGW, Special Conductor, Aluminum Clad Steel Conductor, Radio Frequency Cable, Submarine Power Cable and Communication Equipment.


ZTTs main fiber-optic-communication products have been formed more than 10 series and over 100 varieties. The products have been applied in the first-class backbone of China Netcom, China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom, China Railway Telecom, communication center of State Grid, and so on. What's more, ZTT's products including ADSS, OPGW, SOFC, 960-cores Ribbon Optical Cable and FTTx Cable have been listed as National Torch Project and National New Product respectively.

ZTT has passed a lot of international management certifications such as American UL certification, ROHS, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSA28001 which are a reliable guarantee of company's quality.

ZTT has a distinct sense of social responsibility. It promotes green technology and recycling projects. ZTT dedicates to the promotion of regional charity, student commitment and supporting the disabled. In the blizzard and earthquake in Wenchuan, the contributions of ZTT have gained it outstanding reputations from all circles of the society. Recently, in April, 2012, ZTT set up a "Love Fund", which was a non-independent legal fund.



Besides, the establishment of seven research institutes: Strategic Development Research Center, Optic Equipment Research Center, Submarine Cable Research Center, Material Research Center, Up-rating Conductor Research Center, Fiber Optics Research Center and New Energy Research Center, which are going to be the continuing source of ZTT's sustainable development of innovation.
