Turkish Exports of Steel Wire Product Rise In Start of 2013

According to data released by the Turkish Statistics Institute, Turkey exported 68,033 tons of steel wire products in January rising by 15.95% from a month ago and increasing by 6.2% YoY.

The export prices of steel wire products averaged at USD 606 per tonne in January lower than USD 655 per tonne in the same period of a year ago.

In 2012, Turkey's exports of steel wire products amounted to 893,417 tonnes falling by 20.7% YoY. The export revenues generated by steel wire products totaled USD 573.25 million decreasing by 26.1% YoY.
