Massimo Gori joins the POURTIER & SETIC team to serve the US, Canadian and Italian markets

Massimo Gori
Area Sales Manager

POURTIER and SETIC (France), members of the Gauder Group, are pleased to announce the arrival of Massimo Gori to strengthen their position as world leaders in rotating machines for the wire and cable industry.

Based on his recent and positive experience in US and Canada, Massimo starts working as Area Sales Manager in cooperation with Roger L. Brown, Sales Manager of POURTIER & SETIC of America. His target is to strengthen the position of the US division in the special cable and power cable fields.

Massimo will also be charged on focusing on business development in Italia proposing the best technical solutions among the wide range of rotating machinery to match the Customer production needs.

"It is quite exciting joining this Group – the biggest rotating machine producer for non-ferrous cable – and still having the opportunity to be involved in all the North American and Italian markets where I consolidated successfully most of the experience accumulated in almost twenty years of presence in this field.

In particular I appreciated so much the high level of quality associated to the whole range of machinery produced entirely in Europe by POURTIER and SETIC since I was working with other famous Italian Competitors and therefore it was very attractive for me to get the opportunity to stay in this Group.

For this reason I will work to link the excellent reputation of this famous and historical Group with all my availability and acknowledgement in stranding process in order to increase rapidly our presence in the cable industry. To achieve this target, we are enlarging the current range of machinery to satisfy completely most of the inquiries for both stranding and laying-up processes."
