Gensoku – "The Standard"

Definition: 
Gensoku refers to the establishment and reinforcement of standardized procedures, protocols, and best practices after root cause resolution. It ensures long-term sustainability by transforming corrective action into permanent improvement.

Purpose: 
To prevent recurrence of the same issue by embedding the solution into standard work processes.

Why Gensoku Matters:

Example:
